1. Products & Delivery

MyWeddingKit sells digital products including wedding planning templates, worksheets, budget tools, and design resources. All products are delivered electronically — you will receive download access via email immediately after purchase.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, you acknowledge that you receive access to the content immediately upon purchase.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your own private, non-commercial wedding planning purposes.

This license allows you to:

• Download and use the products for planning your own wedding
• Print copies for your personal use
• Access updates we may release for products you purchased

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the products in any form
• Share the products with others — each purchase is for one individual or couple
• Use the products for commercial wedding planning services (e.g., providing them to clients) without separate written permission
• Modify the products and claim them as your own original work
• Upload the products to any public file-sharing platform or website

Violation of these restrictions may result in revocation of your license and access without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, worksheets, guides, designs, and other materials included in our products are the intellectual property of MyWeddingKit and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the materials — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Local currency approximations may be shown for your convenience, but the actual charge is always in USD. Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or card issuer.

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

6. Refund Policy
