1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the instantly-delivered digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you receive access to the product instantly upon payment. Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, we are unable to accept returns.
2. What We Will Fix
While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to making sure you receive a working, complete product. We will resolve the following issues at no extra cost:
- Corrupted or damaged files — we'll send you a fresh download link immediately
- Broken links or missing content — we'll fix the issue and provide updated access
- Wrong product delivered — we'll send the correct product right away
- Duplicate charges — we'll refund the duplicate payment promptly
- Access issues — if you can't download or open your files, we'll help you get access
Email us at support@myweddingkit.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.
3. Lifetime Access Guarantee
Every MyWeddingKit purchase includes lifetime access. You buy once and own your products forever — no subscriptions, no recurring fees, no expiry. When we release updates, improvements, or new templates for products you've purchased, you receive them free of charge.
4. European Union Customers
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by completing your purchase of digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available to you. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
5. Before Filing a Chargeback
If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us at support@myweddingkit.co before disputing the charge with your bank. We resolve most issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in additional fees for both parties.
